NDIS Registered Exercise Physiology Provider

Registered NDIS Provider
We offer personalised exercise programs to support individuals with disabilities. We have little to no wait times for NDIS participants needing our support. Our experienced team of exercise physiologists is dedicated to helping NDIS participants achieve their health and wellness goals through tailored exercise interventions and psychosocial group sessions.
How we can help you
We provide individualised exercise physiology services for NDIS participants whose disability affects their physical capacity, daily functioning, independence or ability to participate in community life.
We support people with a wide range of physical, neurological, intellectual, developmental, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities. Each program is designed around the participant’s individual needs, functional impairments and NDIS goals.
Functional Capacity and Independence
We use targeted exercise and movement-based strategies to develop the physical abilities needed for everyday activities. This may include standing, walking, transferring, using stairs, carrying objects and completing household, educational, employment or community-based tasks.
Strength, Balance and Mobility
Programs may focus on improving strength, balance, coordination, endurance, movement confidence and physical safety. The aim is to help participants complete daily activities with greater independence and reduced reliance on support.
Support for Psychosocial, Intellectual and Cognitive Disability
We provide structured and supportive exercise physiology services for participants whose disability may affect motivation, planning, concentration, confidence, coordination, communication or the ability to establish consistent routines.
Programs may focus on:
• Developing confidence with movement and physical activity
• Establishing simple and predictable activity routines
• Improving coordination, body awareness and movement skills
• Building the physical capacity required for daily activities
• Supporting emotional regulation and stress management through movement
• Increasing opportunities for social and community participation
• Developing greater independence in managing physical health and wellbeing
Instructions, exercises and session environments can be adapted to suit different communication, sensory, cognitive and behavioural support needs. Family members, carers or support workers can also be involved where appropriate.
Disability-Related Symptom Management
We provide carefully tailored programs for participants experiencing disability-related fatigue, persistent pain, reduced exercise tolerance, autonomic symptoms, physical deconditioning or difficulty regulating activity levels.
Programs are adjusted according to the participant’s symptoms, current capacity and recovery needs.
Community and Social Participation
Exercise physiology can help participants develop the physical capacity, confidence and movement skills needed to access the community, participate in recreational activities and engage more fully in family, education, employment or social roles.
Individualised and Inclusive Support
Each program is developed around the participant’s functional impairments, personal goals, preferences, communication needs and support requirements.
Sessions are progressed gradually and delivered in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. Support workers, family members or carers are welcome to attend and participate where this is helpful.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
We monitor functional progress, review goals and provide reports where required for NDIS plan reviews.
With the participant’s consent, we can also collaborate with family members, support coordinators, plan managers, medical practitioners and other allied health professionals.

With a maximum of four participants per session, these small group settings foster a welcoming environment for social interaction, where participants can connect, share their goals, and motivate each other. Each session includes a tailored exercise program, blending the benefits of self-management with expert guidance from our accredited exercise physiologists. This supportive atmosphere empowers individuals to take control of their physical health while building meaningful connections with others.
