Carlo has been working in the exercise rehabilitation industry since 2011, gaining experience in both hospital and private clinic settings across Australia. He has a special interest in managing invisible illnesses, including ADHD and other neurodivergence, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), hEDS/EDS, Hypermobility, IBS, Orthostatic Intolerance (OI & POTS), Persistent Pain, and Long COVID. To further support his patients, he has undertaken additional studies in Trauma-Informed Care.
Before transitioning to private practice, Carlo spent years specialising in cardio-pulmonary science and rehabilitation. His mission is to raise public awareness of invisible illnesses and to provide a dedicated, private space where individuals can strengthen their bodies, nourish their minds, and build meaningful connections in a safe and inclusive environment—a vision he brought to life through Wellness Station.
Outside of clinical work, Carlo is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife and two children, exploring the great Australian outdoors.
