GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wellness Station will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class is unable to be delivered.
No late entry is permitted, so please ensure that you arrive before the scheduled class time. Doors will be locked as soon as class time starts.
Wellness Station is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
We provide a change-room and shelving for valuables, but please note that we are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings while they are at the studio.
All purchases are final and Wellness Station does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
Class Cancellation is required 9 hours prior to your class start time. Cancellations will NOT be accepted via phone or email it needs to be made on GLOFOX. Any non-cancellations, no-shows or absentees will result in forfeiting that visit. Obviously management discretion will be used and charges will not be automatically applied.
Overall prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs and benefits. If this does occur, you will be notified well in advance of any changes.
All payments are processed by a Third Party Provider -Stripe and Gocardless and therefore incur additional charges. All Automatic Debits will incur an additional .88 cents. All other credit card transactions incur additional charges of 1.87% that are absorbed by Stripe or gocardless. Unfortunately this is out of our control as a studio.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER
Any introductory offer made by Wellness Station may only be purchased by new members who have not yet attended the studio.
Introductory Offers will be valid for 30 days. The term of the Introductory Offer will commence on the date of your first visit.
No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of any Introductory Offer due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of your attendance at a Session: If you wish to cancel your attendance at a Session, you must cancel the Session using the GLOFOX portal (Cancellation). If we receive your Cancellation less than 9 hours before the scheduled Session start time, the Session will be deducted from your Session Limit. If we receive your Cancellation at least 9 hours before the scheduled Session start time, the Session will not be deducted from your Session Limit.
We may be unable to provide a session from time to time and a class may be cancelled by us.
If we are unable to provide a Session:
(i) we will provide you with notice of the cancellation as soon as practicable;
(ii) we will provide you with alternative Session times and dates you may wish to attend
(iii) the Session will not be deducted from your Session Limit
(iv) to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to pay any compensation to you.
2x and 3x Weekly Membership T&C's
1. All Memberships operate on a Monthly direct debit from your credit card stored in GLOFOX (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).
2. A 12 week minimum lock-in period applies to all Membership contracts. This 12 week minimum lock-in period is a fixed term and does not allow for suspensions or termination within this first 12 weeks, unless approval is granted before sign up.
3. Memberships will continue beyond the 12 week minimum lock-in period with a weekly direct debit unless Wellness Station is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).
4. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.
5. Those on a Studio Membership can purchase additional sessions at $17 per class. They will be valid for 7 days from purchase. You may email us and we will add it to your account.
Membership Suspensions:
1. At least 2 weeks written notice is required for membership suspensions. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card or direct debit payments planned for the given period.
2. Suspension is granted for no less than 1 week at a time and for a maximum of four weeks per calendar year. Please email requests to info@wellnessstation.com.au.
Membership Termination:
1. After the minimum 12 week lock-in period, Wellness Station requires at least 2 weeks written notice to terminate membership. Monthly payments due to be debited within those two weeks will be processed. Please email request to info@wellnessstation.com.au.
2. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor that injury or illness will exceed a period of 4 weeks.
3. Wellness Station may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.
