Carlo Sibulo

Director / Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology

Carlo has been working in the exercise rehabilitation industry since 2011, gaining experience in both hospital and private clinic settings across Australia. He has a special interest in managing invisible illnesses, including ADHD and other neurodivergence, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), hEDS/EDS, Hypermobility, IBS, Orthostatic Intolerance (OI & POTS), Persistent Pain, and Long COVID. To further support his patients, he has undertaken additional studies in Trauma-Informed Care.

Before transitioning to private practice, Carlo spent years specialising in cardio-pulmonary science and rehabilitation. His mission is to raise public awareness of invisible illnesses and to provide a dedicated, private space where individuals can strengthen their bodies, nourish their minds, and build meaningful connections in a safe and inclusive environment—a vision he brought to life through Wellness Station.

Outside of clinical work, Carlo is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife and two children, exploring the great Australian outdoors.

Clara Toperosa

Supervisor - Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology

Clara is dedicated to helping people become more active and feel their best, regardless of their starting point. With over a decade of experience, she has supported individuals with diverse needs, including persistent pain, injury rehabilitation and prevention, osteoporosis, women’s health, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, multiple sclerosis, and both physical and invisible disabilities.

She specialises in tailoring exercise to each person’s unique needs—whether it’s re-establishing a routine, overcoming movement challenges, or building confidence. Clara uses a holistic, evidence-based approach to design exercise plans that are not only effective but also enjoyable and sustainable.

Above all, she strives to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment where everyone feels supported in achieving their goals.

Outside the clinic, Clara enjoys playing football, catching up with loved ones, taking her dog to the beach, and spending time outdoors.

Heidi Olynyk

Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology

Heidi is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a strong background in strength and conditioning and a passion for helping individuals regain confidence in movement. She has worked extensively with people managing osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, diabetes, lower back pain, autonomic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and age-related health concerns.

With six years of experience as a tennis coach, Heidi understands the importance of movement efficiency, injury prevention, and building long-term strength. She is dedicated to creating individualized exercise programs that empower clients to return to the activities they love while improving their overall health and well-being.

Heidi values a supportive and welcoming environment, ensuring each client feels comfortable sharing their journey. She takes a goal-oriented approach, tailoring exercise plans to suit individual needs and abilities.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys Pilates, strength training, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends and family.

Eena Reyes

Practice Manager

Eena has been in the movement industry since 2015 and is the co-founder of Wellness Station.

Her mission is to create a safe and inclusive space where patients can regain focus and control of their health. Eena also ensures that Wellness Station’s referral network is of the highest quality so that our patients receive optimal care beyond our doors. We have a wide referral network which includes Psychologists, Dietitians, and Medical Specialists.

Monique Martin

Receptionist
Sports and Exercise Science Student

Monique is currently in her second year of studying Sports and Exercise Science and is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. With a strong interest in rehabilitation and performance, she brings enthusiasm and a deep understanding of movement to our team at Wellness Station Exercise Physiology.

Growing up in a small town in North-East Victoria, Monique developed a love for the outdoors, spending her time bushwalking, swimming in rivers, and playing netball. Her active lifestyle has shaped her appreciation for the role exercise plays in overall well-being.

As the first point of contact for our patients, Monique ensures that every visitor feels welcomed and supported. She assists with scheduling, inquiries, and maintaining a smooth experience for both our team and our patients. With her friendly demeanor and growing knowledge in the field, Monique is committed to creating a positive and professional environment at our clinic
